		Standard commodity knife gate valves Hilton Fig No. H-201-SC-ST316 (2" - 24") solid 316 stainless steel construction. All other valve types may be fabricated from any weldable alloy or combination thereof. By utilizing fabricated construction Hilton is capable of manufacturing valves with lower cost exterior materials such as carbon steel while interior materials (wetted part) can be costly materials such as monel, hastelloy, alloy 20 or others. This is very attractive for customers looking for interior chemical resistance, but with little or no external or atmospheric corrosion concerns.
